This Reversible Yamanaka lacquer placemat is just the right size for placing a meal for one person. Each side has a different color, black and red, so it can be used according to the meal or table setting.
Underneath each color is a layer of a different color, slightly visible through the streaky pattern created by the brush. The more you use it, the more you will enjoy the natural luster of lacquerware.
It can be used not only as tableware, but also as a base for various items such as flower vases, photo frames, accessory trays, and fruit stands.
The traditional and timeless design also goes well with modern dining tables and rooms.
